The Chronicler’s office is in the process of removing the need for flyers. We understand that flyers can be a strain on the host groups when organizing an event. The event information has been streamlined in the Ambassador and since the website update, the info has also been streamlined there as well.
In our extensive research on this topic, we have found that Gleann Abhann and Calontir are the only Kingdoms remaining that require flyers. To give event staff more time to worry about the important things, we will no longer require flyers.
- Please do not fret! All of the information needed to promote your event will be obtained from the Event Submission Form. The offices of the Webminister, Chronicler, and PayPal Deputy will initially receive your form and insure that all info is correct and in accordance with Kingdom Law.
- Upon approval from the Chronicler and PayPal Deputy, your event info will be forwarded to the Calendar Deputy to add the info to the website and Social Media Officer to create your FB event. All of these officers will work together to promote your event properly.
- Multiple forms of promotions are available for your event: Kingdom Website, The Ambassador, Facebook Event posted on Kingdom page, Kingdom Group, and Host Group page. Coming Soon, the Social Media office will be adding Discord to our outlets.
- If your group would like to add your own special touch to your promotion, we ask for a custom design Facebook Event Cover Image (1920 x 1005 pixels). Although the creation of the image is appreciated, it is not mandatory. The Social Media office is in the process of making custom images for each local group to be used for your events.
