Blue Saphyre Herald: responsible for heraldic education in Gleann Abhann. Blue Saphyre Herald is the liason between the College of Heralds and the College of Gleann Abhann and is responsible for the organization of the annual Heraldic Collegium. Blue Saphyre Herald serves as the heraldic chatelaine, working directly with group heralds to help establish and build the office of local herald in groups.
