All invoices will be sent out within 72 hours and must be paid within 3 days of invoice date or it will be subject to cancellation.
In the case that the invoice is created within 48 hours of the paypal deadline, the invoice will be due within 24 hours of Paypal closing.
Primitive camping ONLY. Tenting fee included in registration. Limited electricity and water. If you need electricity for medical devices such as c-pap, etc. Please contact the Event Steward prior to the event so accommodations may be made. Please bring your own chair. Above ground fires in a contained fire pit are allowed. BBQ pits and cook
stoves are allowed. Masks are not required, but we do ask that you respect others’ choice as to social distancing and masking. Site is wet, please drink responsibly. Leashed pets with proof of rabies vaccination are welcome.
*This is a working Equestrian ranch and there are animals on the property. Please be respectful and do not attempt to touch them without site owners’ permission.
Directions to site: Sandhill Ranch is located at 13000 Mt. Pleasant Road, Vancleave, MS 39565. Take either I-10 or Hwy 90 East to Hwy 57. Turn North and take Hwy 57 to Poticaw Bayou Rd. Take Poticaw Bayou Rd (East off 57). Turn left off Poticaw Bayou Rd. onto Mt. Pleasant Rd. (North). The site will be on your right. Follow the SCA signs.
